DIY Crafts: DIY EOS – 2 Movie Snack Inspired EOS Lip Balm Container Craft Ideas

By now you’ve decided on your wedding theme. If not, here are some basic wedding themes: rustic wedding, beach wedding, ethnic wedding, country wedding, romantic wedding, over-the-top wedding, etc. You should also take into account the time of year when you decide to have your wedding. When looking for ideas for your wedding table, you should consider not only the formalities but also the way the food will be served, a buffet, dinner at the table or the horse food served by the waiters. To facilitate this, I have divided the item into stations and different levels of formality.

Ideas for the spring wedding table

Flowers, flowers, flowers! Spring is all about blooming flowers. Seasonal flowers are cheaper, so make sure you use the flowers that are in season when you get married in the spring (or any other time!). Mixing different types of flowers with complementary colors will add structure and brightness to your event. The flowers can be a single flower in a clear vase or a rhinestone bouquet on a wedding tree on a high table. Bird’s nests and bird’s nests on wedding trees are also an elegant touch. For outdoor weddings, you can consider topiary trees in bright colors.

If you are not interested in flowers, you can also artistically arrange seasonal fruit in vases or a silver field. Fruits presented as floral arrangements can be a good alternative.

Pebbles as a base for votive candles are a great alternative to add natural elements. I do not recommend sand, as sand can get into the food, especially for outdoor wedding receptions. Speaking of natural, don’t forget the greens like grass, bamboo, or moss.

Ideas for summer table weddings

Beach weddings are very popular in the summer. Their show can be as simple as having mussels on the table. If you are a do-it-yourself bride, you can easily make a beautiful beach centerpiece by gluing shells of different sizes onto a large vase or a small votive candle holder. If you want, you can tie it with raffia over it.

Roses, tulips, and lilies are very popular summer flowers. Cut off the tulip stems and place them in a square vase for a modern look. If your reception area has high ceilings, take advantage of this architectural feature by placing high table wedding decorations, such as glass trees decorated with spring flowers and hanging crystals. Just make sure they’re high enough not to disturb your guests when they try to chat (or look!) at the other end of the table.

You can also hang colorful paper lanterns over the table to add to the festive atmosphere. For an evening wedding, you can hang floating glass candlesticks to create a romantic feeling.

Winter Tabletop Wedding Ideas

White, white, white, white! In the midst of all the dark colors of winter (think of the colors of clothes in winter), there is nothing more refreshing than white. White winter weddings are almost always glamorous. Very tall candlesticks as centerpieces are best when romance is in the air. And what could be more romantic than a big vase with nothing but white roses in it, surrounded by frosty votive pictures?

Lucite centerpieces at winter weddings remind us of the glass icicles that form in nature. Succulent plants in small pots or a group of different succulent species are used for a more natural look. Remember that pineapples are not only associated with Christmas. Add them as a contrast to the center of a bouquet of red roses and you’ll be surprised at how well they go together.

Of course, don’t forget the feathers in the quasi-architectural arrangements. You can buy feathers of any color at your local craft store.

Ideas for the wedding dress for the autumn table

Popular wedding flowers have rich hues this season. This season’s flowers are daisies, roses, chrysanthemums, and sunflowers. Even if your favorite flowers are not in season (and therefore pay astronomical prices), cheer up. You can still turn these flowers into beautiful centerpieces. With a florist’s ball, you can create rose pompoms and place them in martini glasses or candlesticks to make them the center of attention immediately. Make them in different sizes (or buy them) to create an effect.

The grapes and berries in the fruit bowls bring color and texture to the wedding table. Place them in a glass fruit bowl (be sure to wash them so guests can help themselves.) The berries are also a wonderful addition to your bouquet as a centerpiece. Leaves are an obvious choice in the fall. How can you keep this in mind? How about wrapping the green leaves around your candlesticks and tying them with raffia.

How about a clear glass bowl with floating candles for a fall beach wedding? You might even want to add stones to the floor.

As you can see, there are several (and inexpensive) ways to embellish your table decorations. Your wedding should be as unique as you are. Go for a walk in nature. Nature is a great inspiration. I suggest you make an inspiring table for your wedding. Take up to 3 colors and work on combining not only your centerpieces but the entire wedding. Remember, the centerpiece is your centerpiece. It’s a sure way to make a lasting impression on your wedding day.
